Lisa Lockwood…
… danced for American Ballet Theatre for ten years, and worked directly with Mikhail Baryshnikov, Anthony Tudor, George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, Twyla Tharp, and Kenneth Macmillan. She also danced with the Eliot Feld company, and was an original cast member in the Broadway production of Phantom of the Opera. She has been teaching in New York for more than 25 years at Steps on Broadway, Ballet Academy East, Broadway Dance, and Ballet Hispanico. She is also an in-demand guest teacher, both in the USA and internationally, and as a company-class teacher for, among others, The Metropolitan Opera and Karole Armitage Company.
